Wood Optical was established in 1965 as a family owned and operated Optical company. We take pride in the service we provide to our customers and the knowledge of our products. At Wood Optical we not only offer sales and service for eyeglass frames and lenses, we also sell and service hearing aids. We understand the needs of our customers and would like to grow with them.
At Wood Optical we are trained and certified to handle all of your hearing needs. All of our tests are run in office for your convenience. We perform a simple hearing test that allows us to construct your hearing aid and to assist in the selection process of the hearing aid. We offer many styles and brands that will fit your needs.
At Wood Optical we are licensed Dispensing Opticians. When you have your eyewear prescription, you bring us the prescription and we will assist you in determining what type of lens and frames will work best for you. We have extensive training and we are able to recommend additional options to lenses that will benefit you.
Our frame selection varies from non-designer to designer eyewear. We have a frame to fit every face. Once your lenses are determined, we are able to aid in the choice of frames. Depending on the type of lens that your eyes require will depend on what type of frame you will choose.
